Often a term used synonymously with “E&O” (Errors & Omissions), professional liability takes many forms, depending on the business category or field of expertise. One common type of professional liability is the aforementioned Medical Malpractice (doctor’s or nurse’s professional), with which our firm does a great deal of work.
